As People Management and Development Lead at Cleverse, a venture builder gathering a young generation and talented people in every field together to create an innovative service and product, you will be the key contact point of the people team with management level and define and analyze problems and objectives to solve them. You will also be responsible for delegating tasks to the team members.

Job description

- Manpower planning and putting the right people

  • Collaborate with the recruitment specialist to ensure recruitment plans.
  • Determine the program's successor.

- Paying good returns and building welfare for the next generation

  • Oversees and directs each of the day-to-day activities of a company’s payroll department.
  • Create long-term and short-term compensation and benefit strategies.
  • Compiling and analyzing internal and industry-wide salary data, determines the appropriate pay grades for each position within company.

- Break limitation of career path design

  • Assist talents in driving/creating their own career path.
  • Know where their talents are, their key strengths, and what makes them stuck.
  • Build the career level which fits everyone, such as individual contributor, people manager, and etc.

- Innovate for the next generation of people development.

  • Discover unmet needs and talents to leverage overall performance.
  • design and implement a training and development roadmap.
  • Lead, and demonstrate the learning environment, for example, an in-house academy.

- Retaining talents with performance and engagement

  • Work closely with management to develop succession planning and talent programs.
  • Design, develop, and implement a Performance Management System.
  • Responsible for all engagement activities - budgeting and conducting the activities.

- Demonstrating the company's value/vision/mission to all employees and outside the company

  • Design and grooming of all people, teams, and management activities for employee branding
  • Excellent at internal communication and the ability to moderate all activities in a company.
  • Capable of carrying out and integrating company values, vision, and mission into the entire employee experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years as a team lead.
  • At least 6 years of experience in human resources and development, as well as in a tech startup/enterprise.
  • Experience in people management, payroll, performance management, and career development.
  • Being an open-minded and high moral person with analytics and systematic thinking
  • Good command of Thai and English (verbal and written)
  • Identify and budget for manpower needs.
